Copyright, License, and Restrictions
 
1. Copyright: Intellectual property rights covering the Electronic Library CD Rom's and the accompanied printed materials are held by the International Institute for Capacity Building in Africa (IICBA) of the United Nations Education Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
2. License: IICBA hereby grants you a nonexclusive license to use the enclosed CD Rom, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this licensing agreement.

- You may use this CD Rom on a single user computer or move the CD Rom to use it on another single-user micro computer or terminal at the same time. You may use the CD Rom on a multi-user network system for educational purposes.

- Any user, whether private or public, is entirely free to print out copies of the contents of the CD Rom, provided that (i) such copies shall be used only for personal, educational, and non commercial purposes; and (ii) any such copies shall include proper acknowledgement to the original source.

3. Restrictions: You may not: (a) Copy (other than for backup purposes), distribute, rent, lease, or sublicense all or any portion of the CD Rom; (b) modify or prepare derivative works of the CD Rom; (c) use the CD Rom in a computer based services business or publicly display visual output of the CD Rom; or (d) reverse, engineer, decompile, or disassemble the CD Rom. You agree to keep confidential and use your best efforts to prevent and protect the contents of the CD Rom from unauthorized disclosure or use. This CD Rom is licensed only to you, the licensee, and may be transferred to anyone with consent of IICBA. Any authorized transferee of the CD Rom shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
