How does bringing together people who are different help create more successful teams? This video introduces diversity and the value of the differences we all have— in education, upbringing, race, cultural traditions, language, gender, areas of expertise, and so on. Role models discuss the value of being open to other individuals, regardless of what language they speak, what they look like, or what gender they may be. Girls viewing the video can get a sense of how their own differences, such as speaking more than one language, can contribute to the success of a team, including in the workplace.
