Watch Kelly Mac, Assistant Program Director and Music Director, Philadelphia’s Power 99 FM and 105.3 FM radio stations, share how she got her foot in the door as a part time receptionist. She had never been on air before, but got her first break when a DJ suddenly became ill and she jumped in to take over the show. She did so well that she was offered a permanent show. Having been a single mom at 16, she advises girls to get their education first. She also believes if there's something you want in life, "get up, get out, and get it!"
