PLANNING A BALANCE OF LEARNING ACTIVITIES
From the first day of the course, it
is a good idea to have a balance of
different learning activities.
At first, getting to
know each other will be
very important. So are
discussions about health,
well-being, and the goals
of the program. But the
learning of specific skills
should also begin at
once. Productive work
like gardening is
important, too. And
don’t forget games,
songs, and sports.
